Materials responsibility

Who carries out the work?

Aktonz Builds manages the project and uses vetted specialist trades. Regulated work is assigned only to appropriately qualified and insured tradespeople.

Can Sophie issue a quote?

No. Public Sophie can explain services and guide quote requests only; staff review is required before any quotation is prepared.
