Aktonz systems support enquiry capture, quotation review, progress records and future customer portal visibility. Public Sophie can answer FAQs, explain services, guide quote requests and provide public contact information only. Sophie cannot access CRM or unpublished information, expose private data, send messages, issue quotations, take payments, book work, approve variations or perform external actions.
