Service credit terms and risks
Rewards are for supporters, founder customers or customers purchasing future service credit. Service credits are subject to eligibility, service area, minimum project value, availability, expiry date, written survey and scope, materials exclusions unless stated and campaign terms. Future service credits create fulfilment obligations. Aktonz Builds will not process crowdfunding payments in this phase and will use a configurable external campaign URL when ready.
Public risks include launch delays, trade availability, pricing changes, materials availability, service-area limits and campaign non-completion. No guaranteed fundraising or business-success claims are made.
