About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and energetic individual to join our growing online estate agency, Aktonz. As a Mobile Lettings Negotiator, you’ll work remotely, handling property enquiries, arranging viewings, and closing rental deals across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn high commission working from home with full flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with landlords and tenants over the phone and email

• Schedule and manage property viewings

• Negotiate rental agreements and offers

• Update CRM and manage leads

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Skills & Requirements:

• Confident and enthusiastic communicator

• Fast learner with good organisational skills

• Basic computer literacy and the ability to use software systems

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn

• Lettings or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential
